The project to create a collection of simulated artist notebooks began in 2013 and concluded in 2014. Lasting a year, the challenge was to fill the pages day by day with imaginary projects, accompanied by notes, sketches, and diagrams. These imagined books were completed in alternating colors of red and blue to reinforce the designed intention. Upon completion, the eight books served as a single object, a teeming mass of material.
