During a Hopp Gallery residency, the artist sat at a workstation in the center of the space, adjusting the output of an animated projection that slowly unfolded on the opposite wall. On the desk were scattered maquettes and reference objects from the ‘R&B Notebook Archive,’ feeding into the animation being processed in real-time through Isadora software to create a randomly self-organizing animated fabric.

Above the artist's head, a second projection of a spinning Plumbob played on the back wall. As visitors drifted into the space, their encounter was monitored by a sensor attached to the artist's finger. This device detected stress levels and altered the colour of the Plumbob.
